1. SituatIon and ChalLenge DefinitIon

Objective/Goal: Client kept losing A-player people in the business and, consequently, valuable know-how. This created a hostage situation where she was held to ransom when they resigned. Getting new people up to speed took too long, and further churn put their business at risk.

Client Context: The client is in the events industry—a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that demands significant adaptability and flexibility from team members. Staff retention is therefore problematic.

The Problem:

The client was too heavily reliant on people to provide a predictable, repeatable service and standard. There was also a high dependency on the owner regarding what to do when problems happened, driving decision fatigue.

2. StrUcturE and Strategic Framework

The Initial Hypothesis: Systems Over Superstars

The founder thought the answer was better people—smarter, faster, more experienced. However, great businesses aren’t built on rainmakers, but great systems that make normal people perform like rainmakers. High-performing businesses are boring; they run on SOPs, checklists, dashboards, and clear metrics.

Proposed Framework: Gap Analysis of Labour Dependencies

The core framework involved a gap analysis to identify exactly where the greatest labour dependencies were concentrated within the business.

3. Analysis and Deep Dive

The analysis was structured around three key areas to quantify the impact of key-person dependency.

Key Area 1: Operational Maturity Assessment

Team Analysis: Assessing turnover per person by department.

Staff Concentration: Reviewing staff concentration to assess system availability and single points of failure.

Key Area 2: Business Process Review

SOP Assessment: Assessing SOPs to underpin major business processes.

Vulnerability Audit: Highlighting areas without clear SOPs and processes as vulnerable to churn.

Key Area 3: Automated Clarity

Key Metrics: Assessing systems that automatically measure key metrics.

Execution Clarity: Establishing clarity of systems to ensure consistent execution regardless of who is performing the task.

Key Findings

The systems audit revealed a high dependency on a few clever people to solve problems, including the owner, leading to chronic operational vulnerability.

4. Synthesis and RecOmmendatIon

Summary of Findings/Conclusion

The owner’s exhaustion stemmed from a hub and spoke model where without her at the centre, everything buckled. This was compounded by dependency on a few key players who come and go due to industry volatility.

Final Recommendation and Rationale

Final Recommendation: Build a highly systemised business that doesn’t require a select few to know how to solve problems. The business doesn’t need expensive superheroes but rather systems that turn average people into superheroes.

Rationale: When key people leave, certain areas of the business “break.” The frequency at which people had to engage a select few to move things along was alarming.

Example Next Step: Client built a costing calculator that juniors could use to price enquiries in a foolproof way with little to no hovering from the “unicorns” in the business.

Risk & Mitigation

The main risk is ensuring system uptake and use. To mitigate this, tie the systems to the company’s vision and the unique pain points you’re solving for clients, rather than presenting them as a mindless compliance instruction. When people understand why, or the purpose, action follows.

1. SituatIon and ChalLenge DefinitIon

The client described herself as stuck, and unable to take the business beyond its plateauing growth.

Client Context: The client operates in the early childhood development space, providing academic excellence in an overcrowded industry poorly differentiated, and therefore facing a constant race to the bottom to compete on price. As a qualified teacher, the founder was well-informed to transform the perception of mere babysitting to an unrivalled pre-school education and experience.

The Problem:

The core business challenge was growth, given her current school was almost at capacity combined with no understanding of the business’ financial performance.

2. StrUcturE and Strategic Framework

The Initial Hypothesis: Growth Blockage

The plateau in growth was driven by almost being at single-site capacity, and having no strategy to expand growth beyond enrollment limits.

Proposed Framework: Vision to Execution

A revision of the business’ vision revealed a big and compelling desire for a geographical rollout. Connecting this desire to quantitative goals, customer-centred strategies and clarifying execution overcame the inertia the owner faced in levelling up.

3. Analysis and Deep Dive

The analysis focused on three key areas to provide the clarity needed for scaling.

Key Area 1: Business Blockages

Functional Weaknesses: A business-wide analysis of functional weaknesses.

Business Constraints: An assessment of current operational constraints impeding scale.

Key Area 2: Financial Review

Owner Awareness: Assessment of the owner’s financial awareness and literacy.

Account Review: Financial Review of Annual Financial Statements and Management accounts.

Key Area 3: Sales & Marketing System

Lead Generation: Analysis of lead generation processes from parent enquiries.

Visibility: Review of current marketing and advertising efforts.

Key Findings

The business had a solid reputation in the community, but was invisible to new entrants to the metropolis. Crucially, the lack of financial clarity was causing the hesitation in whether or not to expand.

4. Synthesis and RecOmmendatIon

Summary of Findings/Conclusion

The key driver for this client was understanding her numbers. Once she did, she realised her business was cashflow positive and in a position to self-fund expansion.

Final Recommendation and Rationale

Final Recommendation: Expand your business in line with your clear and compelling vision.

Rationale: Without financial clarity you’re hoping the business is performing well but never really know. Make better financially informed decisions that lead to fewer regrets.

Next Steps: Get a set of monthly management accounts from your accountant and understand them fast.

Risk & Mitigation

Ensure you can interpret the numbers correctly. For instance, a good net profit doesn’t mean good cashflow—know the difference by having a business Advisor or Financial person assist.

1. SituatIon and ChalLenge DefinitIon

This client approached me in a state of despair. Her objective was straightforward: to see her company finally become profitable after 8 years of operation.

Client Context: The founder had built an e-commerce business in the F&B industry that had become a genuine household brand with a dedicated cult following in the Western Cape.

The Problem:

The business was experiencing consistent growth but not profitability. Furthermore, the owner was completely burnt out because she was, structurally, the business. All operational and strategic decisions depended solely on her.

2. StrUcturE and Strategic Framework

The Initial Hypothesis: Chaos by Default

My initial hypothesis was that the business could not scale because everything depended on the founder. She, as a creative visionary, was overwhelmed by the daily operational demands, which were detracting from her strategic attention.

The core problem was that the business was operating by default, not by design.

Proposed Framework: Prying Away the Founder

The next step was a series of weekly sessions designed to strategically pry the founder away from the daily noise.

Discovery Session: A high-level discussion comparing the status quo versus a preferred future. This proved to be both clarifying and confronting for the client, forcing her to acknowledge the chaos.

Back to Basics: As with every new client, we started with the original vision for the business—a ‘back to basics’ assessment to understand where the drift from the initial strategic intent had occurred.

3. Analysis and Deep Dive: The TransformatIon PrOcess

The transformation focused on five key areas, moving the founder from operating in the business to designing the systems to run the business.

Key Area 1 & 2: Vision and Values

This phase was about inviting the founder to broaden her vision beyond herself and to prepare the organisation for delegation.

Broadening Vision: Expanding the vision to include other people—a unified team—as central to the company’s success, rather than just the product.

Values & Behaviour: Clarifying the core values and the associated behaviours critical for moving a broader team towards the unified vision.

Key Area 3 & 4: Goals and Business Blockages

We translated the high-level vision into actionable metrics and priorities.

Goal Setting: Setting founder goals that would deliberately shape organizational goals, coupled with setting business goals that would drive quantitative action towards the refined vision.

Pain Points: Establishing business blockages (pain points) based on both their priority and their impact on profitability.

Gap Analysis: Conducting a gap analysis to establish the few, critical areas for immediate focus.

Key Area 5: Strategy and Focus

Competitor Activity: Assessing competitor activity to understand what they do better and what the client does better, establishing a clear differentiator.

Market Segmentation: Detailed segmentation of markets to determine unique customer needs.

4. Key Findings and OutcOme

The Crux of Unprofitability

The primary finding was that the business was attempting to do too much: it was operating across too many channels and market segments, thereby spreading its limited resources far too thin.

Strategic Outcome

The subsequent strategic action, guided by the analysis, led to:

Focus Priority: Drastically reducing the number of market segments to the top three most profitable customer profiles.

Value and Pricing: Enhancing pricing confidence and focusing resources on a refined customer value proposition.

Systemisation: The process forced the systemization of tasks and clearer delegation, directly addressing the founder’s burnout and enabling the team to execute to the desired standard.

The final outcome was setting a clear path to achieve sustained profitability for the first time in the company’s eight-year history, moving the founder into the role of architect rather than just a busy employee.

People, Culture, & Leadership for Entrepreneurs

The Unsung Heroes: Why Salespeople Are Critical to Your Long-Term Strategy.

I’m often taken aback by the thinly veiled disdain for salespeople. Here’s reality: the level of the team rarely, if ever, exceeds the level of the leader. Stop micro-managing them with call-reports, salespeople are paid by the hour for good reason. I confront business owners who are more concerned with a salesperson’s activity level than whether they’re achieving their numbers. Or they have so much admin they have little time to sell – you can’t effectively sell when you’re buried in non-revenue driving tasks.

Turning a blind eye to the perennial underperformers undermines your long-term revenue growth. Free salespeople up, sales is about results. Period. Without sales you and your entire team go home, there is no business. A salesperson’s job is to drive revenue, specifically new revenue. They’re not paid to do work or to be busy.

People-Centric Leadership: How to Get Maximum Performance from Your Team.

You can’t win in the marketplace before you win in the workplace. I hear the rebuttal so often “but I pay them a salary.” People want to feel valued, not just paid. A paycheck brings people’s hands to work but expressed gratitude captures their hearts.

When leaders make gratitude a discipline rather than an afterthought, they create workplaces marked by loyalty, positivity, and shared purpose. Here’s a big thought for you as a business owner: Unexpressed gratitude is perceived as ingratitude. Feeling thankful isn’t enough, as a Business Owner you must express it for it to have impact! The psychology behind gratitude is as humans we’re drawn to environments where we feel recognized and accepted. In your business gratitude = recognition and recognition = acceptance. Gratitude strengthens belonging and trust.

The Entrepreneurial Mindset: Risk-Taker vs. Risk-Averse (And Why It Matters).

Every entrepreneur carries a unique relationship with risk. Some charge forward, confident that bold moves will create breakthroughs. Others calculate, protect and preserve what has been built. Neither mindset is wrong; both are essential at different stages of growth. The key is awareness. Excessive caution can suffocate opportunity and stifle innovation, while unchecked risk can destroy value. Successful entrepreneurs recognise when to shift gears, balancing instinct with insight. They build systems and advisors that both challenge bias and temper impulse. Understanding your natural tilt toward risk is not about changing who you are, but learning when to lean in and when to hold back. You don’t have to want less, and you don’t have to destroy yourself in the pursuit of more.

Building Discipline and Resilience: Lessons from the Military That Apply to Business.

Spoiler alert: You are capable of so much more than you believe right now.

I signed up for the South African Navy straight after high-school. It was the biggest shock of my life, because it cut the apron strings and I quickly learnt that nobody owes you anything. You have to challenge your mindset. The goal isn’t to change your behaviour, it’s to change your mind. This is how the best get better. What was previously thought impossible became possible. My body adapted, my fitness improved, I stopped taking offence at being shouted at and unpacked what my offence was protecting! What I called impossible in my first week of training I now call Tuesday.

I also learnt the better question to “what am I capable of?” was “what are we capable of?” No matter how fast I ran, swam or completed challenges I failed if we didn’t accomplish it as a team. This was tough for a high performer because the team “held me back” or so I thought. When we operated as a team we became unstoppable because new challenges arose that could only be accomplished by a team, not a maverick.

Exit Readiness 101: Why Great Entrepreneurs Are Often Unsellable.

In chatting to a prospect this morning she told me how successful her business was in a space of one year, her revenue numbers were remarkable. But she is burnt out and can’t take a break because she makes the numbers happen. What was her strength is now her weakness. Worse yet she is the business, she doesn’t own a business. You are unsellable, but your business can’t be. If you don’t de-centralise yourself you don’t have an asset of value that’s attractive to an acquirer, much less transferrable. The founder who touches everything ends up becoming the reason nothing moves. You think you’re being hands on. You call it excellence, but it’s just fear of letting go dressed as high standards. You don’t build a sellable business by being in every decision, rather by building a team that knows what to do when you’re not in the room. If not you’re facing a hostage situation where nothing works unless you do.

The Financial View: Preparing Your Business for Acquisition (Starting Today).

Acquisition readiness is not a project for tomorrow; it is the outcome of disciplined financial management today. Business Owner’s role is to build a business that stands up to scrutiny long before a buyer appears. Clean financials, strong cash flow and transparent systems create confidence and drive valuation. Buyers look for predictable earnings, low dependency on key people, customers or suppliers. They want a clear growth story backed by data. Preparing early gives you options, leverage and time to fix gaps. Whether you plan to sell in two years or ten, the smartest exit strategy begins now with financial clarity and control.

The “Earn-Out Deal” Risk: What Your M&A Lawyer Won’t Always Tell You.

Earn-outs sound attractive: sell your business now, and receive more later if targets are met. I was part of a multi-national where I watched this theory disappoint the starry eyed entrepreneurs who sold their businesses one after the next. In reality, earn outs often create tension between buyer and seller. I know, I was the Managing Director caught in between these two parties! Once control shifts, the new owner manages performance, and the seller’s ability to influence results weakens. Disputes arise over accounting treatments, timing of revenue, or silly costs that are cancelled but never asked why they existed in the first place. Lawyers can structure the clauses, but they cannot protect trust. In my experience Business Owners who aren’t exit-ready are often tied in, rightly so, by the buyer to ensure they forge a succession plan as the seller is too integral to the business. Before agreeing, carefully assess whether you can truly control the levers that drive those targets you must now achieve. A lower upfront price with certainty may be worth more than a generous earn out you now have little to no influence over.

Maximizing Your Valuation: The Non-Financial Factors Acquirers Look For.

Valuation is not only about numbers. Acquirers pay premiums for businesses that demonstrate value beyond the financials. They look for a reliable team with low churn, repeatable systems, and customers who buy because of the value proposition, not the owner. A magnetic culture, and low dependency on founders reduce risk and increase price. Strategic buyers value businesses that can integrate smoothly and accelerate their own growth. Where synergies exist beyond mere ROI. When preparing your business for sale, financial performance opens the door, but operational maturity and leadership depth close the deal. I’ve seen it first-hand. The greatest value lies not in what you earn today, but in what others can scale tomorrow.

Profit Leaks: 5 Hidden Places Your Mid-Market Business is Losing Money.

I’m strangely still amazed how few entrepreneurs know their numbers. I don’t mean becoming numbers driven, but rather numbers informed. To be fair I believe that accountants are stopping at simply handing business owners their numbers and walking off. Just today I met with a prospect who said she only gets annual financial statements, and her accountant “does the books” but never gives her any advice or insights.

Your numbers are telling a story and if you aren’t listening you drift.

5 areas to focus on:

Revenue growth.

Gross Margin growth (vs revenue growth)

Overhead growth vs revenue growth

Net Profit Margin

Cashflow, cashflow, cashflow.

Understanding Your Financials: What the Balance Sheet Says About Your Future Value.

Your balance sheet is not just a historical record. It is a window into your company’s value not mere growth. It shows how effectively past profits have been reinvested to build assets that generate tomorrow’s returns. A strong balance sheet signals resilience, liquidity and room to grow. A weak one reveals strain, over-reliance on debt or under-investment in productive capacity. For high-growth entrepreneurs, the message is clear: growth must strengthen, not stretch your balance sheet. Balance Sheet numbers reveal whether your success is sustainable or simply momentum without foundation. Read it carefully; it is your financial future whispering to you today.

Stop Selling Products, Start Selling Solutions: A Value Articulation Deep Dive.

Your product is amazing. That’s exactly why no one is buying it. You’ve built something to impress yourself, not to solve a clear pain-point for others. It’s positioned as a vitamin, a nice-to-have. It needs to be positioned as a pain-killer, a must-have. Vitamins are bought with the money we have left over in the month, pain-killers are prioritised and money is found to buy them! Relatability creates demand. Your customer doesn’t care how good your thing is. They care how fast it gets them what they want. Features don’t sell, outcomes do. So you don’t need a better product you need a better message. Stop selling your product and start selling the transformation it creates.

Turnaround Tactics: Lessons Learned from Leading Two Taxing Business Rescues.

I’ve had the privilege of two business turnarounds, however I don’t wish it on anyone. Here’s my takeaways:

Your irresponsibility today becomes somebody else’s responsibility tomorrow. As a business owner run towards the smoke before it becomes a fire. Don’t ignore that divisive employee, that product risk.

It’s easier to keep up than to catch up. Embrace continuous daily improvements rather than overhauls and redesigns that are costly and emotionally taxing.

Ensure you have a leadership culture, where everyone takes ownership. A boss and employee culture fosters babysitting, entitlement and people who manage but never make anything better.

How to BuilD a Business That Runs Itself (The UltImate Path to Personal FrEedOm)

Many **mid-market entrepreneurs** dream of scaling revenue, but the true endgame is always the same: **personal freedom**. This means moving decisively from working *in* your business to working *on* it. This shift often feels counter-intuitive—like building away from yourself—but it’s how all my clients at WS Business Advisory successfully achieve self-sustaining growth.

Step 1: Define Your FrEedOm Vision

The first thing I focus on with new clients is vision. This gives absolute clarity, direction, and, most importantly, acts as a decision-making tool. Before we systemise, we must define the destination.

Ask yourself: What does “freedom” truly mean to you?

Do you want to work two days a week?

Do you want the business to run without you entirely (a true passive income stream)?

Do you want to maximize its value to sell it one day (the exit readiness goal)?

Once the destination is clear, decide:

Which responsibilities you want to keep (your genius work).

Which responsibilities must be handed off (everything else).

List all the roles you currently play and identify the ones you need to replace first to free up your strategic time.

Step 2: DecentralIse and Make Your Business Repeatable

Next, you must make the business repeatable and not key-man dependent. This is easier said than done, but it’s how you build a transferrable asset of value. My suggestion is to start with the core processes that directly drive revenue or customer delivery.

Prioritise These Core Processes:

Your Sales process and lead qualification.

The Client Onboarding workflow.

Your repeatable Service or product delivery methodology.

The consistent Finance and admin workflow.

The temptation is to overcomplicate these things—don’t. Simply record the key steps using checklists, short videos, or templates. Don’t let this overwhelm you either; my advice is to commit to completing one document (e.g., a Standard Operating Procedure) per week. This slow, methodical approach leads to exponential results.

Step 3: Automate, Automate, Automate

Lastly, leverage technology. Any repetitive, low-value task should be considered eligible for automation. The world we live in now has countless tools that can handle the administrative burden for you.

Automated invoicing and payment reminders.

Online appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

CRM-driven email sequences for lead nurturing.

The bottom line for any growth-minded strategist is this: you must actively build away from yourself. This transition is the difference between owning a job and owning a true business that gives you the personal freedom you set out to achieve.

Ready to make your business run without you?

Customer-Led Growth: The SecrEt Sauce for EntrEprEneurs Who Hate Chasing Sales

Many mid-market entrepreneurial businesses believe they *grow* their business through sales efforts and marketing spend. But the truth is, customers are the only true engine of growth. If you’re an entrepreneur who is tired of the grind of chasing every sale, the solution lies in embracing Customer-Led Growth.

At WS Business Advisory, we operate on the principle: What’s good for people is good for business. When customers realize a business is genuinely in their corner, they return the favour. The best, most sustainable advertising is positive word-of-mouth advertising. Delighted customers will do your advertising for you.

Your First Customer: The Team That Delights

As a leader, your focus on people must begin internally. Your very first customer is your team.

The very best gift you can gift your external customers is a passionate, delighted, and inspired team. They are the ones who will win the heart of the customer—the ideal and most profitable outcome for any business! This emphasis on culture as a competitive advantage is central to sustainable scale revenue.

The Critical Shift: From Product-Centric to Consumer-Centric Strategy

I’ve worked in and with so many businesses that are product-centric, instead of consumer-centric. This difference is fundamental:

Product-Centric: This is an inward, self-serving focus. It prioritizes what the business *sells* rather than what the customer *needs*.

Consumer-Centric: This is an outward focus—it’s about deeply understanding the problem of your customer and then setting out to deliver the solution: defect free, on time, and from some really nice people.

Remember, a brand is not what it tells the market it is; it’s what customers tell each other it is. These delighted customers naturally become your most effective, low-cost sales force.

Make the Customer the End, Not the Means

To achieve true Customer-Led Growth, you must stop treating customers as a means to an end; they are the end. As your business strategist, I challenge you to:

Re-work your systems to specifically serve the customer’s journey.

Re-align your culture to prioritize customer delight over internal comfort.

Re-focus your strategy to serve the reason you have a business—your customers.

Do this, and watch the magic happen. When your customers become your heroes, they empower you to scale your revenue and gain the personal freedom you’ve been striving for.Ready to build a business that sells itself? Warrick Strydom of WS Business Advisory specializes in re-engineering mid-market businesses for Customer-Led Growth.

Why Your Revenue is Capped at ZAR 5 MilLion (And How to BrEak the BarrIer)

Many growth-minded entrepreneurs find their mid-market business hits a frustrating revenue ceiling, often around the R5 million mark. There can be many systemic reasons, but more often than not, there’s a simple, uncomfortable answer: you.

Now, before you stop reading, know that I don’t hold that view lightly. I, Warrick Strydom, Business Strategist, am also a business owner—not just in my Advisory Practice, but also of an eCommerce business with all the fun of staff, growth, and cashflow. So, I’m confronted often with the reality that I’m in the way, and choosing to ignore it only stifles growth.

The EntrEprEneurIal BotTleneck: Why Your StrEngth BecOmes Your Weakness

Let me ask you: Where is a bottle neck? It’s at the top of a bottle. Let that sink in for a while. You start by giving your business momentum, and eventually, the business’s strength—your time, skill, and effort—becomes its greatest weakness.

As all healthy things grow, your business naturally outgrows your capacity. This forces a critical decision: you must select someone, or a bunch of someone’s, to join you. If you don’t make this shift, you haven’t evolved from being self-employed to being an entrepreneur.

The brutal truth? You own a job, not a business. Your revenue depends entirely on your own time, skill, and effort. When you stop working, the business stops earning revenue, making true scale revenue impossible.

Your Transition to a System-Driven Business: 3 Easy Steps

Breaking the R5 million revenue cap requires a shift from doing to leading. This transition will help you build a transferrable asset of value and achieve personal freedom.

Systemise What You Do: Convert your daily actions into repeatable and predictable steps. Document them thoroughly so others can consistently deliver them to your standard. This is the foundation of a robust, scalable business.

Delegate and Build Capacity: Start handing off delivery, administration, or sales tasks to others. Your role must move decisively from doing to leading. This is the key to unlocking capacity in the organization.

Focus on Growth, Not Tasks: Shift your energy to high-leverage activities like strategy, innovation, and partnerships—not hours worked. This strategic focus is what will drive the next phase of exponential revenue growth.

This journey isn’t easy, but it is simple. By addressing the bottleneck at the top (you), you clear the path for your mid-market business to finally break the revenue ceiling and move toward exit readiness.

Ready to remove yourself as the bottleneck and scale past the R5 million ceiling?

The 3 Stages of ScalIng: Moving frOm Founder-Led Sales to System-DrIven GrOwth (And Why You’re StIlL Stuck)

Every mid-market entrepreneur dreams of scaling revenue, but many find themselves hitting an invisible wall—the 60-hour work week. This ceiling isn’t about market demand; it’s about the fundamental way your business operates. At WS Business Advisory, we see this pattern clearly: you need to progress through three critical stages to shift from being the business’s engine to being its conductor.

Stage 1: The Founder-Led Engine

Your business’s origin story is simple: you, the founder, spotted a problem and solved it. Your product or service was born from your unique expertise. In this stage, you are the business—creating, selling, collecting monies, and paying bills.

This model works perfectly initially because customers trust you to deliver the solution. The problem, however, is that this model is fundamentally unscalable. Your revenue is directly limited by your personal bandwidth, making true growth and, more importantly, personal freedom, impossible.

Stage 2: The Delegation Disaster (Why New Hires Disappoint)

The moment you hire your first employee, you initiate the transition. You delegate some tasks, excited to finally get some headspace, only to realize the immediate pain: they don’t do it to your standard, or as fast as you.

This common frustration leads many entrepreneurs to conclude, “It’s easier to just do it myself.” But here’s the key insight from Warrick Strydom, your growth strategist: This isn’t their fault; it’s yours. You are trying to delegate a process that exists only inside your head. Without a defined system, you cannot measure, train, or expect repeatable results.

Stage 3: System-Driven Growth and Decentralisation (The Path to Freedom)

To successfully scale your revenue and regain your time, you must commit to this third stage. The goal is to move from dependence on the person (you) to dependence on the process (the system).

Actionable Steps for Decentralisation:

Script It Before You Select It: Before you hire or delegate, you must systemise the responsibility. For every core task, reduce each stage and its steps to writing.

Draft the SOP: Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for how you execute every step of the way, from handling debtors to onboarding a new client.

Set the Standard: When you script the process, you set a clear, measurable standard. This is the moment you start to decentralise yourself from the day-to-day operations.

This process of decentralisation is the single most important step in building a business that can truly scale. It de-risks your business from its dependence on you and starts to build a transferrable asset of value—a business that is exit-ready and self-sufficient. This is how you fulfil your dream of personal freedom.Ready to stop being chained to your business? Warrick Strydom helps mid-market entrepreneurial businesses move from the Founder-Led trap to System-Driven Growth.
